AMATURE AND STUDENT THEATRE LICENCE FEE $120:     Theatre Group Name and Address Name and Dates of Production   PROFESSIONAL LICENCE FEE $500 ADVANCE AGAINST 10% GROSS BOX OFFICE: Theatre Group Name and Address Name and Dates of Performance CONDITIONS OF PERFORMANCE LICENCE Production licence for Amateur and Student productions is available for $120 flat fee paid in advance and prior to provision of the licence. Production licence for Professional productions is 10% of gross box office with a minimum non-returnable advance of $500 paid prior to provision of the licence. The prime criteria for letting out the licence is a passion for the material and a desire on the producer's part to engage and challenge audiences and the respective cultures where the work is to be performed.  Additional Conditions for granting of a licence: Completion and sending of the fee via PayPal (accessed above) Accurate completion of the name and address of the Theatre Group and the NAME and times for the actual production (placed on the above PayPal form) Agreement to forward as Emailed attachments 4 digital photographs from the production to Shadow House PITS on completion of the work Agreement to include "Written by Joe Woodward" on all promotional material (ie. posters, pamphlets, electronic mail, press releases, video (including anything posted on Your Tube or like Internet video Digital samples of the above material to be forwarded as attachments via email to Shadow House PITS Permission extended to Shadow House PITS and Joe Woodward to feature such photographs on the Shadow House PITS web site Any significant alterations to the script be approved in writing by Joe Woodward; however permission is granted to make minor alterations for locality and topicality reasons along with gender considerations where necessary in the text While the music sound track can be offered, it is preferred that all music used in the production be composed and presented by members of the production team Four tickets be set aside for Shadow House PITS on opening night; though unless confirmed two weeks prior to opening, they may be sold to members of the public Acceptance of these conditions will be assumed once payment is received by Shadow House PITS via PayPal Should any variations, additions or deletions from the above conditions be required, they will be written down and agreed to via Email correspondence.
