This makes them appealing for actors and theatre artists wishing to extend their performance range and to find a greater depth of approach. It is as if his words were isolated and abstracted to a label that is harsh and alienating: only violent and only shocking. Antonin Artaud is the inspiration for these workshops which use simple techniques to evoke profound experiences. The workshops offer introductory techniques for releasing locked up creative possibilities for performance and communication. First part of the workshop will be in "seminar" format. This will be followed by a very physical and active workshop coupled with time for reflection.
